Are all the leonids came from Regulus direction? I took an image of the event last saturday and found that in one of the shots one trail didnt came from Regulus. As an amateur i dont know if its a leonid or some fur over the film.

As there are more than one source for meteoroids impacting Earth's atmosphere, meteors seen during a meteor shower need not all come from the same source.

What you have photographed is called a sporadic meteor, a meteor coming from a different radiant point.
