I am currently studying Image analysis and Machine vision and I am wondering if some of you have some ideas for developing the area further.

I have read the "Image Processing, Analysis, and Machine Vision 2nd ed" by Sonka, Hlavac and Boyle.

I feel I need some more input on the following issues:
    - Object recognition
    - Image understanding
    - Motion analysis

Feel free to post all ideas about machine vision you have. Perhaps we can feed some of the AI-community with new ideas too.

No way! Go for oochenspaces, you could talk about those in a sentence.
