    You might think that high speeds are all the rage, however currently it seems that the ISP's are "Capping" their bandwidth, which means you just burn out what you have available quicker

    yep, they cap the expensive ones, but normal ones you can go over your plan by gb's and they dont even notice unless your using filesharing ports
