well, for an inline image like what I posted you have to post it somewhere else and put the img tags around it. to post directly, you have to 'manage attachments' and upload it. that will show up like avatar's.

clicx the upload button, choose your pic(make sure it fits the size limit by setting it to a gif) then click the link in the uploda manager and copy what it says in your address bar
