    Well you could check out the www.qbasic.com site for:

    http://www.qbasic.com/c1.shtml

    Which is a page with the Qbasic "Compilers", the site will contain alot of the information required, however I don't know much about QBasic since I haven't messed around with it since using MS-DOS 6.22 some years back.

    MM.. QBasic is old and BAD *cringe*.. Do your self a favor learn VBScript instead. All you need is a text editor and a browser, both come free with windows.
