I've got a problem with booting up. If I try to boot the Pc as normal it won't boot, saying that there is a non system disk error or disk error. I placed my Xp cd in, restarted it and just left it without pressing any key and it started up fine.

So it's not booting from the HD without the XP CD, yet its booting from the HD when the Cd is in? why? Surely it should realise that I can boot from the HD without the Cd.

    What's going on?
