Hey everyone I was recently reading about a class action law suit against AOL because they continued to bill people after the people had canceled. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get in on it because AOL has been doing this to me for the last 6 months. Any help would be awesome.
THANKS

The proposed settlement class consists of all AOL subscribers and former subscribers in the US who allegedly incurred post-cancellation charges between 7 June 1996 and 6 April 2004 and who allege that they were wrongfully charged for subscriptions at any time after they attempted to cancel.

This could apply to you, I suppose.
I don't know whom you should contact about it, though.

Wonder if you could get money if you were charged but never paid? I had AOL a couple of times and just dropped it like a wet brick after the free trial. Never paid them a dime. They'd send out their collection agency letters, but I don't care. My credit is a swamp of despair. Think AOL is going to make it any worse. :p

Would be nice to latch onto this lawsuit though. I'd love to do my part to destroy this monster called AOhelL
