Nucleus V3.01

I installed Nucleus v3.01, but I don't know how to set it up right. I guess I'll get the hang of it but any help from someone who knows Nucleus would be appreciated.

Figured out some skins, now I see the ones I have and don't care for them much.
Anyone who uses Nucleus know where I can get some decent skins for it?

I got some from http://nucleuscms.org/ but some don't work others suck and the one I'm using it's format isn't shown right with IE.

I've seen more about, which is why I'm asking if someone knows of third party ones ?
