anything larger than a 68 Gig harddrive. I now must switch over to Win XP Pro in order to use scuzzy for my 10,000 RPM harddrive.

Can you repartition it? Make several smaller drives? You'll prefer XP anyway. But, to save money, you might just try smaller partitions.

Is it me or did you say the same thing twice?

    -----

I do just fine with a 38 gig hard drive and I wonder what kind of stuff people keep on their computers that takes up so much space...

I have never heard of a 68gig hard drive limit, do you have a source for that info?

Is it Win98 or your bios?

    Southstar,

Don't know what people use that much space for? Oh, that's right, you're a christian so your porn supply is probably minimal, eh?

If you like 98 ( I don't understand it, but whatever) there's no reason to give it up yet.

    http://www.hexff.com/w98_hd.php

That site has a link to the newer version of FDISK.

If your BIOS doesn't support larger drives, check for an update from your motherboard's manufacturer. If you are nervous about doing that, I'd be happy to help talk you through it.

Drive overlay software can fill the gap if a BIOS isn't available. But my guess is your motherboard is new enough to have a BIOS that supports at least 128 gigabyte drives.
