The Suit Against Ford slave laborers were used at its Cologne plant between 1941 and 1945. In Dec 1942 the purpose of Aushwitz and its 4 companion death centres was known and published . Jewish organizations pressed for the bombing of the access routes to Aushwitz and its camp facilities . This issue was sidestepped by America alleging these camps were out of acceptable bombing range . Considering the camp was revealed by aerial photographic reconnaissance and in April 1944 an adjacent synthetic fuel plant was bombed and in August another bombing raid on surrounding industrial plants . And oddly in Sept 1944 Aushwitz was “mistakenly bombed ” during a raid on targets 12km further east . The US establishment knew exactly what went on in those camps this made the US responsible for the safety of these Human Beings .
I would sue the entire US Industrial/Financial complex as the prime criminals their lackeys The US Government and their instrument of power and terror The US Armed Forces .
