I've been up for about 5 hours now.

But my track record was about 4 days. All thansk to my friend Red Bull and Dominoes Pizza ;)

I was so knackered after that, and bloated.

i used to be able to do about 40-ish on a regular basis, but in the end it wrecked me

Best I could manage was about 20 hours, on holiday with the school in paris. Me and my two friends who were sharing a room, we decided to stay up all night. Person C fell asleep almost immediately, but O stayed up longer. I was talking to him, and i asked him if he was asleep, and he said no, and 2 seconds after that he was outers. I stayed up by reading.

50 hours: I started hearing and seeing (in peripheral vision) things so I went to bed.

Those are called yard monkies... :D Longest I have been awake was 4 days. With a little somethin somethin keeping me going. By the end, I was sitting there watching the dust swirl around in the air, glinting from the sunlight. It looked like mist rising from the floor and dust settling from the ceiling. I imagine it was all dust though.

Sleep... Good... No sleep... Bad...

I often did 40-hour wakes at highschool, usually once a week, sometimes twice. Left my brain sifty. Damn.

About just under four days, it took a shitload of Class A's and my brain was jelly for a long time.

I could never stay awake long. I love to sleep, because dreams are, well, weird to watch

bleh, hate my dreams. the more i dream, the less i want to wake up.

Dreamwalker

Sheesh, sometimes I do not know wether I am dreaming or awake...only when my dreams get really weird I notice the difference.
Best are the dreams when you consumed much alcohol or :m:, now those are really weird, but then, so is reality...

LSD or PCP?

Dreamwalker

Nah, blame it on realistic dreams or a dreamlike reality, I donŽt do drugs that often.
Well, there is always one possibility to find out if it is real or not. If you die in your dream, youŽll wake up, if you die in real life, youŽll never wake up. (probably)

I now it's a bit too late, but yeah, I have a tip. Convince yerself that if ya fall asleep, a chupacabra will come and suck yer blood dry. *Funeral grin*

Hey, in ye'r sleep-deprived state, why wouldn't it work?

My s/o has some disorder where he cannot produce the stuff that makes us fall asleep. When he was a baby, he would only take 45 minute naps at night, until he was five. He was put on Clonydine(spelling?) and he slept for the first time.
The longest I've known him stay up was eight days, and he just collapsed. He hates taking his medicine at night, because he can't play video games or watch his tv shows at night.

I know someone who chronically falls asleep during the day, I do not know what the results of his examination are, but it is an annoying thing....

I'
ve never heard of "yard monkies" although I did see stuff out of the corner of my eyes.
