I read where there is going to be a Red dwarf movie. Anyone know wen or if it's ever going to e released?

Both Lister and Holly (the actors that is) were in Lexx show couple of weeks back. I heard the same too (the movie). That will be interesting. If Americans can recycle old stuff, why not the Brits?

I am hoping scifi channel will pick up a Blake7, Red Dwarf or Dr.Who type British Show. We should write to them....

some1 came aboard a huge star-ship called red-dwarf with a cat.
the commander finds out and he is sentenced to suspended animation and b4 he goes in he hides his cat to prevent its termination.
due to a radiation leak all crew die

and he wakes after some milion years.
to find a hologram of an anoying crew member,+his cat was pregnant and due to EVULOTION sentiant humanoid creatures which only one survives at the present,a bored AI comuter,two maintnece robots.
and they roam in space in a long journy to get to earth which is already demolished.
later the entire ship and crew are built again via nano-robots
and they end up in prision,they escape
get involved in time-travel,parallel universes and such

turns out that he was his own father

a very funny show
(u think hitchiker's guide 2 the galaxy is funny? then u never saw red-dwarf)

aired till afew months ago on BBC PRIME
eer new season?!? they simply just add a I on the title

i doubt there will be a movie since i owned the red-dwarf I book
and read it in 1997 and on the cover it said blababla nice t.v show in uk and a movie is gonna be soon
and now it is 2001
