Hi,

My name is Stephen. I am 16. I am somewhat (although, not totaly) new to Philosophy. I hope everyone doesn't mind me, here.

Thanks! ;)

Hi, BMW. Don't worry about fitting in-I'm sure you'll do just fine. :)

Thanks, Padma:

I just got suddenly banned from PhilosophyForum.com for no other reason than my posts were not philosophical enough (I had posted over 1,667 times).
I'm not mad at them--I'm just very, very, very hurt that they would just up and ban me with no warning. :(

Oh well..........I don't mean to pour my woes out upon you guys.

BTW:
Just out of curiosity: What's Xev like? Thanks!

Well BMW Let's hope you enjoy your stay here. And from Xev's post's she sounds like a nice person to be with. But just don't piss her off.

Hi, I'm the administrator for PhilosophyForum.com and I apologize that you've had problems in a forum. However, it wasn't the PhilosophyForum.com because it is a new forum and previously was just parked. It could be you have this mixed up with another philosophy type forum.

Therefore, you aren't banned so please feel free stop by the forum and pour your heart out. We haven't banned anyone, nor do we wish to.

Could you be kind enough to change that forum you identified as being Banned from to the correct forum address. No sense in the PhilosophyForum.com getting a bad rap for something we haven't done.

Thank you and I encourage you to continue your journey in Philosophy and Science and apologize for whoever banned you after that much participation in one forum.

Kind Regards,

Justin

BMW guy made his post in 2004, as it is now 2006, how did you come across a post dated 2004, and why question it when your site is new. HE clearly identifed a forum that did not exist in 2004.

Did your idea for the name of your new forum arise from BMW's ancient post?

whatever..................

Philosophy is right. BMW-guy was banned from philosophyforums .com, not philosophyforum.com. BMW-guy mixed up the names. But full marks for taking advantage of an opportunity to advertise.

edit: Looks like Ron's got in there nice and early
