The saddest part is that it is true, no matter how Bush or his neo-cons try to spin this. Bush will not bring the US out of deficit, it is expected that America will be in deficit well after Bush has left after. A GAO estimation claims that now if America wants to have surplus' in the 2040's! she has to dramatically cut public funding, and double, yes double taxes.
