I would choose death... for as much people as possible, once they would have "raped" me. Then, it would depend on the punishment. Would it be more easy for a gay? (I don't think so...)
A friend I've known since he was born just got out of prison. He's only 18 and he looks even younger. Yep, you guessed it, he got raped, pretty badly. Since he's got out he's attempted suicide a few times. Whenever he's alone he's cutting his wrists. Before he went to prison he was a really happy joking sort of guy and now he's really quiet and depressed all the time. Quite disgusting really, how a child(and if you know him you can see he very much is a child) can be sentenced to an assraping just for stealing. Anyway, I would die, no question.
I am not really sure what I would do, but I doubt it would be as simple as resigning myself to death or giving a straight ahead agreement. If I had to give one or two blowjobs to buy me some time to live while I worked on some master plan, then that is what I would do. I mean, there is no reason to not even try to get out of it. I am not a huge guy, but I have kicked a few asses in my day and I've been around long enough to know you can beat the hell out of anyone if you catch them by surprise.
Well, it's easy enough to decide that when we're rather safe at home, within reach of weapons and so on. What we'd do when actually in that situation? That I don't think we can really predict. That said, I'd fight and risk death. Better lose a fight than not fight at all, eh? Why is this in human science?
Being in that kind of position would depend upon what you'd consider best for you. If you want to live then comply if you'd rather die than don't. You put yourself into that position by doing something very wrong yourself. If you didn't do anything wrong to begin with you wouldn't have to make that type of choice. If I were you and I commited a violent crime to be put away in jail for then Why not just off yourself and help out the taxpayers that have to pay for your upkeep for years to come.

I'd most likely threaten biting it off, but I bet this guy would then just have me knocked out, and then do it to me while I was out. at that point, I'd most likely go a little nuts, and set about killing the guy, and making sure that anyone helping him in the act on me ended up being convicted of his murder. Though the logical me (the pre-unconsiously-sucked-a guy-off me) wouldn't do that. this me would tell the wardens of the threat, and practice my martial arts in a more public area, so that people would be less likely to f with me. The choices seems to be – 1. Do nothing and die. 2. Fight and cause as much damage as possible and die. 3. Reluctantly agree and live. The real issue is whether you can overcome your irrational pride and retain your life. Put in perspective you are being asked to perform something unpleasant for a fraction of the time in the day. You could choose to see this short but largely harmless infringement on your freedom as worse than death or be more realistic and see that you have the vast majority of the time to do other things. Some people who after leaving school work for someone else for a third of the day doing something they do not want to do and for 50+ years and then die. I would assert that that is more worthy of early suicide than the minor inconvenience described in this thread. Pride is probably the greatest inhibitor to self understanding. But to die for it is overwhelmingly stupid.
This seems appropriate for Human Science since it is dealing with a psychological dilemma, i.e. coming to terms with an unavoidable unpleasant situation.
Cris: I think most would see the above situation as more of a violation of personal integrity than a simple "bad day at the office" would be. Of course a dedication to the "rational" is as arbitrary as a dedication to "pride".
