In descending order of likelihood;
Earth(almost certainly:) ),
Europa (liquid water probably), Mars (ditto), Titan (organic compounds galore), Venus (yes, Venus might have an upper- atmosphere ecology) Jupiter(also an atmosphere full of the primordial stuff of life), Saturn (ditto), Uranus, Neptune, Io (if such a thing as deep lithospheric lifeforms are common in our galaxy, Io is the place).
So we could possibly have a solar system full of lifebearing planets;
more likely is the scenario of one big biosphere (Earth) and one or two minor biospheres, possibly seeded from Earth.

venusian clouds could harbor life. but here the order I would look through
0. Earth
1. Europa (under Ice)
2. Mars (underground and H2O Ice)
3. Venus (clouds)
4. Titan
Looks like we mostly agree :D
:)
In the name of Venusian Kingdom I strongly object by calling us a "upper- atmosphere ecology". That is both insulting and arrogant.
That is why I hereby declare war to the 3rd planet and all its inhabitants.
Our fleet has begun the flight!
