I'm writin'here because I'm a little bit tired of what i've been reading in some threads. I first join sciforums in january-03, unfurtunately at the same time that (ask the elders sciforists) the other "malloryknox" was banned for a bad behaviour. I came in in a few days with the nickname "FenixKnox" but it didn't work. It seems that I've been living in her shadow and I'm bloody tired of it. I won't change my nickname, because that's useless, but I;d like you people to forget what happened and stop treating me like shit. So, if there ir any doubt, I'm Lívia Bueno, 19 I live in Brazil and I'm a teacher.... sorry but I needed that....

You are definitely not her because I know who she is. I invited her here in fact.

She is also 19 and a teacher though.

    MalloryKnox,

For those of us, err "elders sciforists" that are here, you are easily distinglished from the original with just a bit of time. Shall I say that your attitude and subject matter are different? lols.

You are quite welcome to retain the name you are known as. The original MalloryKnox was gone for some time before you came.

Sometimes these things happen. You were the unfortunate, to recieve the attentions of those of us who knew the original. That has come and gone and now you are here. I doubt that any that remember the original now think it possible that you are one and the same.

    Welcome, as you are...

I am from Italy and looking for Livia Bueno who studies in USA in 1962-63.
We were both on scolarship sponsored by NCWC. I wander if you are the Livia I am talking about. My real name Is Peppino and I used to greet you with a big and loud "viva Italia and o Brasil".
Please tell me if you are the ONE I looking for.
    Best Regards
    Peppino

Half of the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm. But the harm does not interest them.

The best thing for people do on a forum like this is to respond to what's WRTTEN and NOT to respond to what they think someone means! I try to do that by not even reading who the respondent is until I've read the message and have a basic idea of my response.

Resonding to what one PERCEIVES as a personality is a grave error and is the cause of much unneccessary name-calling and worse ...in my humble opinion.

thats funny Truth Seeker Eliot, or T.S. Eliot. funny. Eliot is my favorite author to quote. here are some quotes.

my favorite is probably: "If you aren't in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?"--T. S. Eliot

    sorry for being off topic.

    True enough.
Though it helps to look at the time stamps of these threads. It seems that the Italian went and dug up a thread that's two years old.
