You know I'm not sure it is illegal in america to have sex while you are driving. Drinking and driving is obviously illegal, in some places, talking on a handheld cell phone while driving is illegel. But I've never actually heard that having sex while driving is illegal. Now, if your genitals or exposed to others perhaps (like visible through the window or something), you definitely could be guilty of indecency charges/a lewd act in public (same thing if you were to show your butt in the middle of a bar) But then, I haven't taken too many drivers ed classes LOL Maybe it is written down in a book someone that it is illegal.
