I really dont think he got that! What it is was in the show (the simpsons) one of the main characters (homer simpson) is put in charge of garbage disposal in the city and he totally screws up so the people re-elect the old guy who was doing a good job...........he gets up there to give his acceptance speech and he says: "Hi, I"m not that good at speeches but...you're all screwed, thank you, bye" and leaves and the city has to fix the problem itself..........they end up fixing it by moving the entire town a few clicks down the road. The show ends in a humourous way when Homer says to Marge (his wife) "I'm going over to moes" and hops from their house to moe's tavern which is currently driving down the highway beside the house. its quite amusing really
