If we want rain here in Philly, PA, we make sure everyone stops washing their cars, and stops watering their lawns. After a while, it starts raining again. I had a dream last night that once this "rain for 36.5 days and 36 nights" things we've had going here, that we were going to get into a bad drought! Maybe we should all stop washing our cars now!! (I am of course just being a PITA) Back a few hundred years ago, aroudn here it was thought that if a frog jumped into your home, that it was going to rain.
