Does anyone have any cool info on dreams, whether it be theories of why we dream, what dreams mean or anything. And what is it called when you can be in and control your own dream almost like it's reality?

Check out things written by Stephen LaBerge, he was the one who has done the most groundbreaking research in terms of lucid dreaming. I think that www.lucidity.com is or used to be the website of his researchers, but now I'm not entirely sure.
