usa is collecting biometric data of iraqi pow´s with a system called BAT (biometrics automated toolset) the informations go directly to cia ,fbi and homeland security this is how you handle pow´s ? probably yes ,think about the afghani pow´s in cuba if you need links ,you have to search for some in your own language
