    Go Russia!

I don't know why I voted for Russia... Perhaps because it is the closest thing to Latvia, my country of birth. Also, a great many famous scientists and artists came from Russia in the past, before communism.

I'm not so sure how they were related to the Iraqi war though...

I have a 3-way tie: the US, Britain and Australia.

Umm spookz, don't you think thatpicture's a little inapropriate?

I must say though, that's one big reason I like France.

    Vive la France

After helping land the US in three wars (well, two and a "police action"), and despite whatever cultural differences make French and Americans simmer symbiotically, at least this time the French have the coincidental blessing of landing on the side closest to the right thing to do. Remember that France is used to being devastated by wars; WWI, WWII, getting trounced in Vietnam. It seems to me that, whatever else you can find to hold against the French, this ought to explain their opposition to imperial aggression. Where have all the flowers gone? So we lost fifty-thousand or so in Vietnam? France is used to losing generations in wars. None of us were alive for the American Civil War, so it's kind of hard to grasp if we're not French.

Yes, they're strange to me as all things French--e.g. Peugot automobiles--but someone has to have the balls to be smarmy to Americans.

Not polite to vote for one's own country so I go for Australia despite the fact that both Fosters and Castlemaine XXXX beer give me a terrible headache.

I'd say Britain and Australia, for the professional handling of the affair at a military level. The US as well, but... their army needs some work.

I don't blame you, although you could face US sanctions for exporting WMD to another country.

haha say what id like to see the british and australian forces (all 200 of them) pull it off without yanky planes and recon.

i went for germany. france a runner up for second.

all war is terrorism. the us is making the same short sighted policy decisions that it has for the last fifty years. this wont be the last we hear of iraq.
