I include this in WE&P because David Horsey is a political cartoonist. Aside from that point, it probably belongs in Art & Culture. Nonetheless ... congratulations are in order for David Horsey, of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer on his second Pulitzer Prize; he is a source of pride and much humor and controversy in Seattle, a mark of our city and region's bizarre sense of excellence. A selection of Horsey's notable cartoons from 2002 is available, as well as a P-I article on the award: "I couldn't have done it without the Supreme Court that made George W. Bush president."
