If "Glossolalia" is considered by adherents to be a form of prayer ... it could be argued to be delusional ...shouldn't it be listed in the DSM IV ? Since 90 % of the worlds population prays ...think of the profit that could be generated by labeling praying people !

Establishing what constitutes unexceptable behavior , stamping a medical name on it , and catagorizing people who engage in this behavior as suffering from a mental disorder ....seems to be more political than scientific .
