Agile Methods

    Hello,

    What do people think about agile methods? What can it do for me that i already cant do? Is it possible to mix agile methods ?

    I have done some reading and have read the manifesto from agile alliance but still need more info.

    please tell me about any experiences you have had with agile whther positive or negative and in what size project.

    What do you mean with "agile methods"? is this a new kind of paradigm?

    The only "agile methods" I know of, are more aptly named "agile methodologies", of which eXtreme Programming is the best known methodolgy.

    It describes the programming proces, rather than the program itself.

    Is this what you're talking about?

    yes extreme programming is an agile method along with others including SCRUM, Crystal and DSDM.

    but i wanted to know if anyone knew about agile methods in general ?
