    It was not broken, it is just Topcities doesn't get along well with certain types of links.

    Copy and paste the text into your browser address bar without the dashes.

    Just a note to why the link appears dead:

    Such webspace providers as Topcities use a method of checking to see if the link came from anywhere.

    If it came from somewhere outside of the topcities site, it will block it from loading to stop File leeching.

    The reason entering it in a "fresh" browser is you have no direct REFERRER address to be routed. (They check to see if the REFERRER address has the link pointing to the file on it.)
