I'd have the power to do anything that I could concieve of.

I'd use this power to destroy the greed and corruption that has crippled the world. I would preserve every culture possible on Earth, but I would also unite the planet under one government.

with one simple gesture of my hand everybody in a 4.3 km radius, who worships a god (other than me), will drop dead instantly.

I will frequently visit hotspots for religious fanatics to make sure that earth remains a peaceful place. The dead bodies will be used to make first grade compost and shipped to developing countries for free.

Telekenesis.
That way I could replace neck ties with capes as the norm of our daily social fashion.

Telekenesis would give me the ability to fly and float.
I could make other people float.
I could make objects float.
I could stop bullets in the middle of the air.

I'd use my power to accumulate vast sums money.
Then, I'd buy a capacious safe to put it all in.

Then I would buy a cool cape for $150.

(Their website is far from the best in the world, but I saw a very nice hoodless one. I could get it in any color I want. Normally, I'd pick black, but because I'm telekinetic, I'd pick red.)

Then everybody could see as I fly about the city helping cats out of trees.
All the fops would follow my example by immitating my red apparel.
Soon everybody would start wearing red capes, and capes of various colors.
It would no longer be a holloween treat.
We would all wear capes on a daily basis.
The appeal of capes would lead people to discontinue wearing neck ties.
The popularity of capes will replace neck ties.
I have used my telekinetic powers to replace mundane neck ties with capes in every day fashion.

I would want the power to see into the future, and the ability to share with a select few. :cool:

I could use this to warn of up coming world catastrophes, find cures for all diseases,
Stop crimes before they happen and what ever else the future might have to offer.:D

Well of course, the future would also have some killer mind altering drugs… :m: :p :p

I guess what I"m thinking of would be telekinesis. The ability to think it and make it happen. But included in that would be power over the elements. (Basically every combined power of the X-Men).
Whether I fight for good or evil would be dependent on what happened before i gained my power. Most likely I would fight for evil cause the bad guys are always the coolest.
Afterwards I would treat myself to a Bellini.
I would fight to the death for tolerance and religous freedom
