    those are some nice desktop pics... makes me cry. mine can't be that "interesting" beause i'm at work

    i just got OSX not too long ago. i think i've got 8 items in the dock, which is on the right side.

    JKAP- do the apps run slow?....I mean you have about 100 launched....starring at the dock and all those arrows under the apps. makes you dizzy haha

    Actually, ther were a total of 157 applications running (not all were in the dock). The apps run a little slow(i.e. applying a filter in Photoshop) but not too bad. I could still surf the web at full speed. Not to confuse anyone though, this is far from my normal practice. I normally only run what I am using. I constantly launch and close Apps rather than leaving them open. I just did it to see what would happen...and for the kick-#$@ screen shot! I wouldn't even try it without a lot of RAM. Maybe I should post it in a Win XP forum. What do you guys think? A lot of PC's could die trying to reinact this one.
