ok.. I'll try to word this as best I can without sounding completely stupid (forgive me if that happens)

I am trying to figure out what cables and/or cards I need to hook up my computer to my vcr for video editing purposes.

I've got a fairly new computer, a camcorder, and a vcr, and I'll be Using Adobe Premiere 6.0 to edit the video.

I've been looking everywhere for this information and can't seem to find it, Basically all I want to do is just import video from my video camera to my computer, Edit it, then record it onto a VHS tape. (its for school, quality isn't terribly important)

I have the most of the essential equipment, but I don't know which cables and/or video cards I need to make the connections.

If anybody could help me out that'd be wonderful.

I did the same kind of project, and I have a ATI All-In-Wonder. It comes with all the cords and software needed!
