I have had the unfortnate experience of living in the inner city all my life. The slums, a place which houses the mental institutions, homelesss, cons, crack heads.....etc. I have encountered many strange folks and have pitied them because I have been led to believe that these poor folks are suffering from mental disorders. True some may have genuine brain degeneration but not all fit the quota. For example, while walking home from school a wild eyed, stinking man begin following me. He was flicking his tongue and begging to lick my behind while cursing God at the same time. And then there's the fat black guy who thinks he's the presidents wife. And the per who loves an audience of strangers while pleasuring himself. The list goes on and on and most of the time I laugh at such people but they also scare me. I begin to question if the causes of mental disorders fit in two different cateogories: one natural which is subject to anyone and the other demonic.
