A man suffers from clinical/major depression. He cannot take it anymore, he believes his life is soooo uneless and can prove it. God refuses to help him. Medications can't help, he has tried it all. He has not desire to live nor dose his life have a purpose. He has done allot of bad things, commitied allot of crimes. He has no desires which are reasonable and logical. Life sucks and its forever bad and dissapointing. He also has social anxiety and a faimly that can't help him. He needs to do something, what should he do?
he should snap out of it. and live the gift of life he was given. easier said than done, i suppose..but, life is for living.

I don't know, really. He seems very entangled in a large variety of miseries. He needs some serious spiritual help, take him to the local guru or to some other figure of wisdom. Maybe not within the religion he now believes in, since you mentioned that he doesn't get any help from God. Then he can start sorting his life out from there.
** Why does God refuse your petitions? Has he told you? Anyway apply for a crazy check that always helps.
ask Buddha for help... it help my Parkinson, 45yr uncle with a wife that ran of with a younger non-spasmatic man. I personally don't like religion but if you need a purpose you can always find one… just don’t go with what the Columbine kids believed.
Actually, it's quite a common scenario. This poor fellow needs to have some time out in a mental health hospital where he's monitored and supported. People like that are in and out of hospital all the time.
Drop him into a different culture/country. The first few weeks of culture shock will help keep his mind off of problems. Then, if he continues his criminal behavior in that country, he will have more to deal with to keep his mind off of problems.
