The flamboyantly fussy actor who portrayed the dastardly, cowardly antagonist Dr. Zachary Smith on the 1960's sci-fi show died from a blood clot in his heart. He was 87.

My dad was upset when he found out. Hes also mad that the scifi channel never shows Lost In Space.

They showed all three seasons at one point. Unfortunately,
the SciFi Channel has shown repeatedly that they prefer their
original programming to the classics. I hardly turn it on anymore.
