It equates to having learned and discovered the essence of who one is and is such a state it is like one has just awakened from a dream/delusion. The perfection of the moment and the universe becomes stunningly obvious. The route to reaching this state cannot be through imagination or believing but through remembering or knowing the perfection and letting imagination and belief whither away into nothingness.
Lots of lengthy soundbite-like babbling. No advice relating to behavioral changes for the individual & how to get the better behavior spread to a significant number of humans. I could embelish on the concept of "We should all play nice with each other." If the concept is expressed by pages of psycho-babble, it can seem like profound advice.
