What are your thoughts on holosync ? some people claim its one big scam.

Others believe it actually works and allows you meditate like a monk in a short time. A company called Centerpointe Research Institute claims to market products to do this.

Here's why Holosync is junk, and why you should avoid its promises and guarantees.

It Takes a Heck of a Lot Longer to Work than It Promises

Holosync totes itself as "instant meditation." Just put the CD on, and you'll be in bliss like a Zen monk!

Yet Centerpointe (the company that makes Holosync) ITSELF admits that results don't come that quickly.

"We suggest you start with a half hour of meditation each day with the CDs, progressing to an hour a day," they say.

Wait a minute. According to scientific studies, an hour a day of regular meditation has benefits ranging from increased happiness, pain relief, increased energy, and even a strengthening of your immune system!

Centerpointe wants you to give Holosync a whole year of listening to the tapes before you return it and say it doesn't work.

That's an hour a day, for a full year.

Right. That's more than enough time for regular meditation to work, which of course you'll attribute to their weird-sounding tapes.

The whole point of Holosync is that, unlike meditation, it's supposed to work quickly and effortlessly.

Not only does it not work as promised, here's the other thing...
    .

There Are FAR Better "Brainwave Entrainment" Products Out There

Holosync's "secret" is that its CDs incorporate what's known as "binaural beats".

Binaural beats are when two tones at slightly different frequencies are played separately on headphones, one tone to each ear.

There is evidence that binaural beats can affect the basic brainwave state of the listener. In essence, the brain tries to mimic the frequency of the "beats".

Software has been developed to fine tune these frequencies in order to achieve different effects.

Gremmie i think your right if they worked everyone would be using them. I am coming to the conclusion that those people who use this technology are weak minded and cannot think for themselves.
