You seem to be slightly confused, just because it comes out as liquid doesn't mean it came in that way. There are lots of ways the body disposes of waste, things that are eaten that can't be absorbed by the body become feces (except for old red blood cells which do get added to this) other forms of waste (including alcohol) are eliminated from the body by being exhailed. Other waste comes out in the form of sweat
