can someone please tell me that ouija boards are considered anything but a joke? you have to move the planchette to answer your own questions. it does not move by itself. if you are answering your own questions, what is this device for?

    i just don't get it.

are you serious? stay away from those things. if you want to invite some spirituality into your life, i highly recommend you do it some other way.

invite what in? you have to answer your own questions. if you are doing this with a group of people, someone is moving it.

if you test this with people who are honest, you will notice it does not move at all because one must move it.

i don't understand why this is so famous. it is a total crock.

i've heard different tales, one from my own mom, so i stay away from them.

seriously, if you are interested in the spiritual realm, be careful what you invite in.

it's considered a game and distributed by parker brothers. it can't even be considered a game since you have to move it and answer your own questions. why is it even considered a game?

Over 100 million of those boards have been sold making whoever owns it very wealthy, now you know why it is there....to make money.

You're supposed to have multiple people touching the planchette when it's moving around. That's why it's a game.

When I was a kid, a bunch of us used to mess around with the Ouija board on weekends..

    Nothing bad ever happened..

I mean yeah, my eyes do tend to glow a dark red now and then..

And, of course, there are those strange voices that seem to be coming from inside the walls every night, when I try to sleep...

    But, that's normal.... Isn't it?

I think it's strange that I've never had one of my own, but that is probably a good thing, would have freaked myself out, which I have prevented from not owning one. Don't do it.

If you are with more than two people, you can be sure that one of the B's, perhaps both, will pretend to be some Vampire Monk, burned at the stake in 1644, who is going to come in the night and suck your blood.
Best thing to do is to move the squodger yourself, so none of the messages can be about you.
If you can't think of any of your own, try a dead child walled up by a cruel stepmother.
Spell out "I'm dying" and " Can't breathe"
(don't put in the apostrophes you idiot)

Good finale is to have a candle lit, point to a corner of the room saying "what the hell is that!", and blow it out while they are distracted.

ohh, ohh, I tried this once with friends when we were really really stoned, we lit some candles, and started the session..I don't know if it worked but what freaked me out was that the candles suddenly died. @.@

Sciforums could be a ouija-board. All the messages we write are automatic and out of our control. We are empty vessels posessed by evil spirits.

The spirits on my Ouija board say that your spirits are really evil and shouldn't be listened to.
And they say you are stupid.
