Listening to news coverage these last few weeks, one thing jumps out at me as rather strange...Republicans giving Democrats advice on getting reelected this fall. Kind of an odd thing considering that Republicans want to regain majorities in both houses. What is the Republican advice? Vote down healthcare reform. Republicans are telling their Democrat collegues that if they vote for healthcare reform it will be the end of their political careers. How nice it is for the nice Republicans to be so concerned for their Democrat brothers and sisters, all the while sponsoring vehement rallies deamonizing Democrats and planning to retake the House and Senate this fall. Do they really think Democrats are that dumb? Senator Lindsey Graham even offered to work in a bipartisan fashion with the Democrats, only if they do not pass healthcare reform.
