The Neverending Story! That was the defining point in my childhood fantasy movement. :D

But besides that, there's not much, because I was reality-based as a kid. I'd rather play War and Wood Tag then imagine stuff. :)

Yes! I rented The Dark Crystal once when I was at my Grandma's house. All I can remember are strange evil birds and a gypsy lady at a 'junction.' I think it is a fairly recent movie, though.

I believe it is early 80's. I remember sitting at home while in 2nd grade - lets see how good I am..... 1983? Maybe 84? Anyhoo, that was my all time fave. Though I really liked Neverending Story.

I love Dark Crystal! I even have the DVD and the collectible figures ... okay anyway. My favorites would be Legend, Labryinth, The Never Ending Story, and of course the Goonies.
