I am sorry, everyone, but frankly, Pippin, aka Peregrin Took, is the coolest one of the nine in the fellowship. He's funny and the one who causes all of the trouble in the movie (The Mines of Moria), but is just really the best. Post your opinions on YOUR favorite character.

Plus that scene in the beginning on the farm where he is first introduced is a classic. I just...love that scene. The way it zooms out with that little bit of music with Sam holding the vegetables, the corn-knife thing jumping in the wheat while the guy shouts: "right, you get back here!"

This is the greatest movie ever.

ive read the triology twice since seeing the movie.. and wanna see the movie one more time.. im definatly buying the dvd i heard they are going have 40 some minutes of edited footage added.. which should please me a great deal..

I liked all members of the Fellowship but Frodo and Legolas were my favourites.

I have seen the movie seven times now :) which means I know all of Legolas's lines off by heart (all 18 of them)

Gimli was quite funny in the movie, but my vote goes to Stryder and his superior swordsmanship (ph334 it)
