View Full Version : World War 3
Nebuchadnezzaar 03-25-04, 08:51 AM In light of the past few years worlds events who can feel a war coming? a big one i mean. Is anyone looking forward to that war? I for one am sick of sitting around not knowing what's going to happen, i wish the war would just start, if it's going to start ever that is.
Proud_Muslim 03-25-04, 08:54 AM This is the mentality of some neo cons in America, they want war and blood, I voted NO, viva world peace.
crazy151drinker 03-25-04, 09:18 AM Yes, America is going to start a new world war by sending thousands of Britney Spears fans into the Islamic world with bomb belts.
Hmmm thats not a bad idea......

Considering your past statements on the need to attack Israel and the attacks on the US, your statement seems rather hypocritical.
15, sounds good, or maybe we should pirate their broadcasting and beam them continous scenes of Britney, Christina, and Madonna kissing, non-violent means to bring them down!
otheadp 03-25-04, 11:09 AM WWIII has already started
the enemy: global islamist terrorism
I do think it is a matter of time. I do think it will center around Israel and Islam. Personally, I believe there will be an Armegdon as described in the Bible.
Dreamwalker 03-25-04, 01:53 PM I think a war is bound to take place sooner or later. The human race never was peaceful and some idiot always found a reason to start a war. There has to be a big change in human behaviour to make the world a peaceful place.
guthrie 03-25-04, 02:23 PM Nope, global terrorism is not WW3. Its too limited, and ultimately bypasses most people.
Personally, im dreaming of a big war where all the violent war liking people go and fight, and get killed, leaving all us peacefull people.
otheadp 03-25-04, 02:51 PM it might get to that
immane1 03-25-04, 03:46 PM Peace through superior firepower. How's that for a dull cliche, you miserable libs. :D
I seem to recall similar discussions when Reagan was president. ;)
I didn't vote because the choices were too limited. I'm somewhere between "bring it on" and "I'm scared".
Undecided 03-25-04, 03:50 PM WWIII is a myth, I don't see that happening for a very long time indeed.
otheadp 03-25-04, 04:10 PM Peace through superior firepower. How's that for a dull cliche
maybe it should be tried?
immane1 03-25-04, 04:23 PM I think it already is. I was merely trying to head off comments I was most likely going to get if I just posted: Peace through superior firepower.
SpyMoose 03-25-04, 04:28 PM I'm somewhere between "bring it on" and "I'm scared".
Bring who on? Scared of who? There really isn’t anyone who hates America who has an army that can start a WWIII. China might be able to do it, but we are good pals, we are even helping them frown sourly at Taiwanese Democracy we are such good friends. A power in the EU? Not bloody likely. A Middle Eastern power? Are you really that diluted about the nature of the war on terror? Do you know why they sneak around and plant bombs? Because they haven’t got two tanks to rub together that would last longer than a day in open conflict with the US.
The only kind of huge war that would get an extra special name would occur if there was a nuclear exchange, but that could be over in a weekend and wouldn’t really resemble the "world wars" of the past
There cant be a WWIII there is no one to fight!
Good to know the neocon "Boo! Evil foreigners" campaign is scaring some people into thinking we are on the verge of WWIII even though there is no one to fight.
immane1 03-25-04, 07:50 PM Why do you assume that the US will be involved in the next big war, Moosey? If it is, I say "bring it on" because ther will be nothing I can do to stop it. Oh, wait, maybe if I protest something will happen. :D
I say "I'm scared" because I would like to die of old age....I think. :bugeye:
Maybe I wouldn't want any part of it.
Nebuchadnezzaar 03-25-04, 08:01 PM at the end of the day if the WW3 started, if
it affected my country in any way
i'd be scared to the core at first,
but then good sense would take over and i'd have no choice but to take a side and become a patriot, a fighter, a supporter,
at least it would be a nice change from the monotony of daily life.
certified psycho 03-25-04, 09:57 PM From what is happening now I would pretty much say the Nuclear winter or WW3 is around the block and coming soon. The U.S will piss off a country with nuclear arms and before you know it.......
Personally, im dreaming of a big war where all the violent war liking people go and fight, and get killed, leaving all us peacefull people.
Then watch the next round of fighting take place as all the peaceful people began fussing over who is best suited to dictate peace. ;)
Nebuchadnezzaar 03-25-04, 10:53 PM Then watch the next round of fighting take place as all the peaceful people began fussing over who is best suited to dictate peace. ;)
exactly what i think would happen, human nature is human nature. There has always been war and unfortunately there probably always wil be.
I really hope there isn't a nuclear war, the animals of this world don't deserve that.
Nebuchadnezzaar 03-26-04, 10:08 AM come on people, i wanna know if war is comin'?
crazy151drinker 03-26-04, 11:28 AM You want a war? Ok, an India vs China war. 2 Billion people in the same block is going to start some problems.
Stokes Pennwalt 03-28-04, 12:44 AM Yes, America is going to start a new world war by sending thousands of Britney Spears fans into the Islamic world with bomb belts.
Hmmm thats not a bad idea......
I heartily endorse this venture, and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.
Voted viva world peace, or whatever, since there is no basis for claiming war on a massive scale is imminent.
spidergoat 03-31-04, 06:48 PM WW3 was the cold war, ready for #4? War is a way for humanity to work out its collective neuroses, it is cleansing. I just hope I'll be the only one left.
Nebuchadnezzaar 04-01-04, 08:33 AM I do not believe the cold war can be considered a world war, there were only two main players involved generally speaking.
