When America has had its full eight years with a "stupid is as stupid does" Forrest Gump in charge will they go for something more intelligent next time? When I see Al Gore, I can't help thinking that last time you had a choice between George W Gump and his even thicker brother Al Gump. "Aw shucks, I thawt I'd won, but if you say you won then you must have won, otherwise you wouldn't be saying it. Would you like a chockerlit?" OK so Gore won the Nobel peace prize, but that's like winning the sack race in the school sports. What is the mental calibre of the prospective candidates?
They have an umbilical cord connected to big business that only allows them to do as they are told. They all don't have anything to gain but for the betterment of those said corporations. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!

If you want someone who is not a puppet, which I am in total agreement that damn near every polotician is...you have to take a look at RP! and decide for yourself. Spend 10 minutes googling or youtubing this guy for his stance philosophy of America. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FG2PUZoukfA
I think it has nothing to do with intelligence. Talking to the right people at the right time is more important. So when people talk to eachother about conflicts or misunderstanding there is lack of intelligence because of the difference.
I don't think there's any reasonable way to claim Gore is anything but a very intelligent person. Whatever his flaws, stupidity isn't one of them. Neither was Kerry stupid, in any ordinary sense of the term. It's possible even W is intrinsically smart. There are other explanations for his comical inability to speak or reason coherently than lack of brains. What strikes me is the lack of attention to experience, accomplishment, articulateness, and education. The relevant fact about W was that he was neither well read nor widely traveled, had spent essentially his whole life among one demographic class of people, and had done nothing in the way of work except schmooze. He was anti-intellectual, but without practical experience or accomplishment. And he spoke poorly - he could not be expected to persaude and cajole to get his way, and would be reduced to pressure and threat in any conflict. If the next President is Clinton, Edwards, Obama, Romney, or Guiliani - any of the current frontrunners - intelligence should not be an issue (OK,maybe Romney). These people are all bright enough.
"The greatest trick the Devil ever played on the world was convincing people he didn't exist." I'm sure George Bush just tripped his way past everyone into the Presidency of the United States of America. Gee what a lucky guy.
