I've been engrossed with some people playing pool and girls chatting for about 45 mins now. The Beatles are playing, so that's a good reason to keep watching/listening. I'm a bit of a voyeur =/
I heard of a kid who tried to play World of Warcraft for several days straight, the kid was very much out of shape and was staying pepped with energy drinks. He died of heart failure about four days into his adventures. I also heard of a DJ who tried a month-long trance marathon and by day 15, had to be dragged to the hospital because he was halucinating and suffering heart problems. Took him a few weeks to totally recoup. Just what I heard from friends, sounds risky though.
At around 6am he was laying down on stage, I thought he might have been sleeping but he had a friend with him talking. I'm sure he came close to sleep. I thought he wasn't himself yesterday lets hope he has a better day today.
he is nearing my personal record of 7 days, when i was fourteen. the hardest part was hiding it from my mother, who would have been PISSED.
lol! indeed, it started as a "who can stay awake longer" kind of conversation. it eventually turned into a 50 dollar bet, and evolved into a matter of belligerence for me, as my friend lasted a day and a half.
