I remember him when I read this article. It's so funny. http://www.spiegel.de/international/zeitgeist/0,1518,683966,00.html
Pakistani I suspect the article writer of making stuff up or at least grossly exaggerating to make a good story. I did not notice the love for Hitler in India. Maybe some westerner got confused by the Swastikas in India but they are a religious symbol that predated Hitler and had nothing to do with Hitler. That being said I believe all of the English colonies liked Germany and Hitler because Germany was fighting England and the colonies wanted their freedom. The early Baath party in the British occupied Middle East looked to the Nazis and Hitler as a role model and as a possible ally in their attempts to gain freedom. It was only later that it became undeniably obvious that Hitler was an evil nut. Had Hitler not worn down the British and shown them in a way that they could understand that imperialism is evil then the British probably would have tried to hold on to India and Pakistan and probably would have killed millions of Indians and Pakistanis in the attempt to retain control of those lands. You can find Mein Kamph in the remote parts of the USA. In general I seems that Indians and Pakistanis dislike the way Hitler fans or Europeans in general tell the Aryan story. As far as I know DiamondHearts was the only Pakistani member that Sciforums ever had. From a thread called "Origin of the Aryans" http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=66385 It does not seem that DiamondHearts had much love for Hitler.
Thats true. Even Gandhi liked Hitler. They were correspondents. Or at least, Gandhi wrote to him and addressed him as "my friend" http://history1900s.about.com/b/2009/04/30/gandhi-wrote-to-hitler.htm
Doesn't matter where the word comes from, though, if pakistanis were flooding Germany like they're flooding the UK now, they'd get thrown in ghettos just the same. We call them Paquistanes in Portuguese. Portugues - Portuguese Paquistanes - Pakistanese (not an excuse, just an explanation)
Hitler was a badass. He was a lunatic, but what he did and achieved in such a short time is legendary. And I wouldn't say Pakistanis or Indians love Hitler and the Nazis, thats going too far. Pakistani members: DiamondHearts - he has left. Outlandish - think he has left too. Muslim - Same. Me - have been away for around a year.
