3 main steps:

a)differentiate :D
b)show pointwise convergence
c)show it's not uniform (hint-what function does the series converge to?)

What have you been able to do so far? Where do you get stuck above? I assume this is revision for an exam, so imo you're better off if you can work out as much on your own as possible. I'll fill in any gaps you specifically ask for though :)
