I need some help here...:
This year (last year) at school, I have to write a sort of 'final assignment'.
The subject of this assignment must have something to do with the courses you follow.
Ofcourse I picked the 2 most beautiful: physics and math.
But now comes the important part: I need a good subject.
Does anyone have a good idea?
(It's harder than I thought to pick a good subject which combines physics and math, and isn't to difficult)

Hi,
Does it have to include calculation or experimentation? Or cabn it also be theoretical?
For example: I personally think that the theoretical/philosophical subject "should I be a Platonist?" is extremely interesting (and also very relevant- but hey, that's me...).

you're obvioulsy completely brainless =)
Thx for the reactions!
though...I've chosen another subject. It indeed was to philosophical I think.
I've chosen "The expansion of the universe, and the implications for our recent view on universe"
indd a subject where probably anyone at sciforums is possible to write a whole book about. (strange sentence :s)
but fun though!

Thats a good subject, but for a math Buff like me, lol I would have chosen something like the Reiaman Hypothesis, or Goldbach's theorum. But your subject is interesting as well. Best of luck.

You're right it isn't really much math, but we kind of skipped the whole math idea....we'll just do physics (I thought that wasn't possible first)
btw, pls let me introduce to you the one I am doing this project with: Roetker...see two posts above :)
I guess he's a little shy he didn't want to mention it himself.
