Anybody else out there sick of how stupid and hateful and helpless much of the world is? Does anybody else feel like this world is a lose-lose situation? that we will either be forced to be the "bad guys" and invade countries and kill people or even worse not invade and then sit back and wait for the real bad guys to kill us? I am about ready to just put all of our time and money into the Space Progarm to look for some planet for America to colonize so we can escape the stupididty of this world before everyone kills each other over religion and other rididculous issues. And ya id say to keep out any extremists; the only religions allowed are those whose followers practice their religion without interfering with others at all. Or we could just keep out all religions. After all, America was created to be a secular country (and if you disagree, check out the back of a dollar bill where it says "new secular world order" in latin).

You know reality depends entirely on your perspective. It's both a dangerous and a safe place. It's peaceful and it's a hellhole. It's fun and it's boring. It's so much of everything that I can't be pessimistic or write it all off. As an American, I don't see how "Planet America" would help. See, our prosperity depends on a massive support structure in the form of a stupid and helpless portion of the world. Hatred is just the polluting byproduct of this process. I think a more fundamental solution would be to figure out how to get past the American dependency. We could get rid of currency, I suppose, but that would just throw economics and morality into a turmoil.
