What's a Midterm Election??????? ??? Go to Wikipedia look it up. And vote! glaucon 10-24-06, 09:31 PM ???? Wikipedia?? No thanks.. Genji 10-24-06, 09:44 PM No, I wasn't able to. I will though, no doubt about it. I don't need to be a voter to question the govt. No, you do not. Some believe that if you don't choose Democrat or Republican in every election you should shut up. This is Precisely what you expressed concern with, that everyone seems to just go along with a corrupted political system and twin parties offering nothing but billions to corporations and lobbyists interests. I usually do not vote for that very reason. Offer me catshit & dogshit and the spoon is my vote? No Thanks. But it is important to register to vote for local elections. School bonds, road improvements, stadium upgrades, tax hikes/tax cuts and other issues that more affect you locally. So next time some redneck that thinks the English Channel is a TV station derides you for not voting, and that you should just shut up, hit him, then tell him you're waiting for a better selection. glaucon 10-24-06, 09:45 PM Anyone?
