seems like Europe is demanding a half-right in the running of the Internet....

now I understand the Commerce Department has contracted with a private firm with an international board to run it....

but the 3rd world wants the U.N. to run it.... so what might happen is it gets all fractured.....some area and languages off limits.....

What I meant is that there should be little if any content control.

it's gonna fracture...you won't be able to get stuff from ..say.. France.
