Hey Guys, I got a nice contractual job and I am planning to re-locate to White Plains NY, I am currently located in Jacksonville, FL; I can commute to White Plains at 1 hour distance, if the location is safe, low crime rates, better schools, taxes etc. I hear Danbury CT is good, Any suggestions or thoughts? From White Plains to Danbury in 1 hour, that's little bit optimistic under normal commuter circumstances. There are a few industrial plants left in Danbury proper, which suggests little bit less than upscale surrounding, but who knows. well I am looking for rentals, prices for single to two bedrooms are very high indeed. I don't know; its kind of pathetic, at those prices i can get a townhouse here with garage and additional backyard space etc. So, either I need a raise in rates or this better be a 2-3 month thingie that i do and keep my base in Jax and look for other options (economy doesn't help either).
